All jokes aside, it has a pretty great view, and a massive lot - 9,432-square-feet, to be exact.
The bank-owned ‘home’ is located at 715 Avenida Columbo and has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,480-square-feet.
So my question is, would you buy up this place/lot for the listed $195,000 and make this your dream home?
You could scrap the current structure entirely, and build on that huge lot. Or, you could try to salvage what’s left of the existing home.
Or is it just a lost cause?
