Two high-end south coast homes saw price reductions in the last day - both reductions were amounts that could buy you a whole house (not as large and nice as these two, though).
Take our poll below!
The highest price cut is on a home in San Clemente Southwest at 300 Avenida De Las Palmeras.
The home was reduced to $6,499,000 from $6,999,000 - a $500,000 cut.
It has 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, 5,500-square-feet on a half-acre lot and views of the ocean.
The other price cut is on a Monarch Beach home at 22 Breakers Isle, which was reduced to $7,995,000 from $8,395,000 - a $400,000 price cut.
This oceanfront home has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, 5,529-square-feet on a 8,777-square-foot lot and ocean views.
Those are pretty hefty price cuts. Now that we’re moving further away from summer seasonality, these sellers are probably motivated to just get these sold.
With winter on its way, though, these could probably sit for a while.

Buy another home at these prices? I’m sure the majority of people have an extra $6.5 million or $8 million lying around. Gee, a $500,000 cut and a $400,000 cut; that makes for such bargain prices!
