O.C’s priciest listing gets slashed by $8.5 million

The most expensive home for sale in Orange County just lost its ranking after receiving an $8.5 million price lb2665riviera1reduction - or a 21.3% cut.

Located in Laguna Beach’s prestigious Irvine Cove Abalone Point, the home at 2665 Riviera Drive was reduced to $31.5 million from $40 million.

The home sits oceanfront and has 5 bedrooms, 8 baths, 10,800-square-feet on .55 acres and a large pool.

The Laguna Beach home has been on the market for 164 days.

This hefty cut makes the home O.C.’s second priciest listing, shifting a $38 million Cornona Del Mar home into first position.
