In Laguna Beach, it’s hard to come by a place for rent under $2,000/month. When you factor in ocean views and the fact that it’s, well, Laguna Beach, those rental places can be steep.

Browsing rental properties in Laguna, I stumbled across this studio that rents for $700/month. That’s cheap for Laguna! And, it’s updated.

Located at 664 South Coast Highway unit A, the studio is 800-square-feet and has one bedroom and one bathroom. It’s a turnkey property, so it comes furnished with a queen-size bed and dishwasher - it even has wireless internet.

On the other end of the spectrum, Laguna has rental properties with ridiculous monthly prices. When money is no object, it would probably be nice to live at the Montage Resort.

This rental property at 7 Stickley Drive (on the Montage Resort grounds) has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2,900-square-feet for $10,000/month. It also includes access to resort amenities, such as the spa, personal trainers, room service and more.

That would be nice.

And even pricier is this home in Laguna Beach’s prestigious Irvine Cove community for a whopping $50,000/month.

Located at 125 Irvine Cove Circle, this estate sits oceanfront and has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 6,800-square-feet. It also comes fully furnished and has impressive features like a koi pond, an outdoor wetbar, a pool and a guest house.
