10 priciest coastal O.C. apartments/condos

October 29th, 2009, 2:00 pm · 1 Comment · posted by KELLI HART, THE ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER

Some people will pay a pretty penny to live on or near the beach, even if it means sharing walls/floors/ceilings with others.

The most expensive apartment or condominium in coastal O.C. is a condo in Laguna Beach (unless there are secret listings out there that I don’t know about).

Located in the Laguna Seacliff Community perched atop a huge rock in the ocean, this condo is listed at $5,750,000 and has 2 bedrooms, 1.75 baths and 1,615-square-feet.

Think there’s one I missed? Let me know.

Just about all condos are ripoffs. You get a box with walls attached to your neighbor’s room. You have no control over the “overall” building facility.
