My last post about a home for sale where a family of five was found dead got me wondering how long that listing will sit on the market.

Then I naturally wondered what the stalest homes are on the market in each Laguna Beach, San Clemente and Dana Point.

Here are the homes in our south coast cities that have been sitting unsold the longest.

Laguna Beach
