Oceanfront home slashed by $2 million

A home in Laguna Beach’s gated Lagunita community just received a hefty price reduction - $2 million.

The home, which has direct beach access to highly-sought after Victoria Beach, was first listed at $16,900,000 in August and is now priced at $14,900,000. The address is 13 Lagunita.

It has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 6,300-square-feet, panoramic ocean views, a wine cellar and an elevator to service all five levels.

That comes out to $2,365/square-foot. Ouch.
