A Craig’s List ad titled “1br LAGUNA BEACH FOR THANKSGIVING” comes from a man asking someone to swap their Big Bear home for his Laguna Beach apartment during the Thanksgiving holiday.

This guy wants you to trade homes with him Nov. 26 through Nov. 30.

He says his place is located at 396 Cypress Street in the Laguna village, which is one of my favorite streets in Laguna. It just has such a cozy, small-town feel to it.

The place up for swap has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 850-square-feet, a deck and a designated parking space.

The ad touts:

“I am looking for an equally CLEAN, COOL & QUIET place in Big Bear for the same time period. My place would be perfect for that couple that wants to stay at the beach of the holiday…Flat screen HDTV, Wireless Internet, dishwasher and all the normal things you need to make it a Thanksgiving to remember.”

Because no Thanksgiving would be memorable without high-definition!

Apartment’s like this in the same complex tend to go for $1,500 a month. There’s even one up for rent right now.
