The Laguna Beach home of Korn guitarist James “Munky” Shaffer continues to drop in price since it was first listed in April.
Located at 165 Crescent Bay in North Laguna, the home is now listed at $3,245,000 - it was first listed at $3,995,000.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2,670-square-feet on a 5,000-square-foot lot, a three-car garage and ocean views. And, the fact that it was previously owned by a Grammy-winning artist.

Who cares
Sounds like this one is dropping like a rock! In comparison how are other properties nearby holding up?
James who? And who on earth would care that the house was owned by a guitarist, or a plumber, or a dentist? It’s overpriced, that’s all there is to it. Drop the price another million and it might sell.
He’s the member of Korn who quit the band to persue Jesus. I guess the lord did not provide enough for him to keep up on the expenses.
He can always donate the home to his church and take the tax deduction, but he would have to have income for that strategy to work. Maybe Munky should go back and make nice with his old band buddies and ask if he can have his old job back.
The owner bought at the top of the bubble. The pictures don’t do a thing to enhance the saleability of this property. Why no pictures of the ocean view? I think it’ll be on the market for a while.
KORN and Rockstar is an oxymoron.
Poor Munky!!
