
Even with declining list prices, there still isn’t a whole lot of house to be had listed below $500,000 in our south coast cities.
This isn’t a shock to Laguna Beach’s market, but the homes priced below $500,000 in San Clemente and Dana Point aren’t the best deals out there either.
Here’s how it breaks down: Laguna’s market has 16 homes for sale at or below $500,000, San Clemente has 58 and Dana Point has 45. The affordability truly does move south along the coast.
