The folks at Realtor.com pulled together a list of the top 10 most-searched homes for sale on their Web site in Dana Point, Laguna
Beach and San Clemente (from last week).
The homes are tracked within 20% of the combined median list price for the three cities, which is $1,295,000.
Laguna Beach dominates the top 10 this week, outnumbering San Clemente. The last time we tracked the top 10 hottest homes, San Clemente had the most popular homes and Dana Point had just one appearance. This week, Dana Point doesn’t even make the cut.
