• Of the 3 cities’ 5 ZIP codes, 4 had sales gains vs. a year ago while 2 had a gain in their median selling price vs. a year ago.
• 1 of these 5 ZIP codes beat the 3.6% overall performance of the countywide median for the past year.

I’m sure they are - counting the foreclosure, the 2-3 sales back and forth from investors and then the final sale. Tons of double counting in these numbers.
Looks like the house market is on fire.
Look at the wording here, it’s manipulated. South Coast cities, where laguna niguel, rsm, ladera ranch, Mv..They leave that out intentionally, so the numbers look higher. If you incoporate all the cities housing would be in the toilet..Crooks
